Check-In Policy

  1. For legal requirements, guests are obliged to register by providing valid identification (DNI, passport, or equivalent), an email address, and an active mobile phone number, as well as other information required in the forms. Guests must also check out at the end of their stay, adhering to the check-in hours (between 2 PM and 8 PM) and check-out hours (before 12 PM). Note that for Spanish citizens, the field called “soporte” is a new requirement that has to be included. It is a number on the bottom of the national ID card.
  2. Guests are required to complete the online check-in at least by 1 PM the day prior to your arrival, except in the case of last-minute bookings. Last-minute bookings are expected to do the check-in within an hour of their reservation. This requirement allows staff to prepare the rooms starting at 8 AM on the day of arrival, including preparing the access codes and necessary instructions for a smooth entry. As part of the online check-in you will accept the house rules.
  3. Entry instructions are included at the end of this message. Note that keys can only be made available after you have done the online check in. If the online check-in is completed less than 24 hours in advance but before 8 PM on the day of arrival, a fee of €5 per person will apply for all reservations made more than 24 hours in advance. This fee is waived for last minute reservations (those made in the 24 hours prior to the earliest check-in time) if the on-line check-in is done within an hour of the reservation.
  4. If the guest does not complete the online check-in, it can be done in person until 8 PM on the day of arrival, subject to an additional fee of €10 per person. Please note that in this case, the guest may need to wait for the reception staff to be available, although the wait time should not exceed 30 minutes under normal circumstances. The guest understands that failing to complete either the online or in-person check-in before 8 PM on the day of arrival may result in the loss of their reservation, treated as a last-minute cancellation.
  5. Guests that arrive after 8pm and have not done their check–in online will be charged the cancellation fees of their reservation and will not have access to their room.
  6. You will receive proper on-line check-in confirmation via Email. If you have trouble doing the on-line check-in, you can send your information via WhatsApp at +34-659021336. This needs to be done at least 48 hours before arrival so we can process the information manually if necessary. You need to send screenshots explaining why you were not able to do the check-in so we can assist you and prevent your on-site check-in fees. Questions should be directed to this number via WhatsApp – responses will be provided as early as we can get to them during weekday office hours in the morning, between 9 AM and 2 PM.
  7. For up to date information, on the day of arrival, please check any email you may have received from us. Occasionally, you may receive WhatsApp messages from the above phone number.

*Check-In Confirmation: Our system will send you an email once all members of your group have done the check-in correctly. Please, make sure you enter all the fields required for all the people in your party. If you receive check-in reminders after you have already done your on-line check in it’s because our system sends them automatically. Our software provider is working on making this more natural for all of us and to avoid redundant postings!

*Arrival Procedure: When you arrive at the property, use the code provided in the check-in confirmation email to enter the house and your room code to get the keys from the key locker on the entrance lobby. If the keys are not there it means we have staff ready to greet you. Please, in this case, ring the doorbell and be ready to pay the tourist tax (60 cents per person per night), your pet fees assuming you bring one (15 euros per night if it’s a dog or a cat, 40 euros if it’s a horse) and any other pending amounts. If there is nobody there you can pay these fees the next morning.
